A three-way ball coupling valve with a lock (see Fig.1) consists of a housing 1 and fittings 2.
The fluoroplastic saddles 3 are pressed against the plug 4 when tightening the fittings.
The connections of the housing with the fittings are sealed with gaskets 5. The spindle 6 is sealed with a set of fluoroplastic rings 7 and
a ring 8. The compression of the rings 7 is performed by a nut 9. The crane is switched manually by turning the handle 10, which is fixed on the spindle with a nut 11. The lock 12 is designed to lock the handle from turning in various working
positions.

Supply of the working medium – according to the scheme (see Fig.2.)

in position 2, pressure relief from the pressure gauge,
in position 3 – purge.
It is possible to connect a control pressure gauge to the middle branch pipe through
an adapter.

The three-way valve for the pressure gauge is designed for connecting, checking and purging control and measuring devices. It is installed on boilers, pipelines, vessels, tanks and equipment operating under pressure. It can be used as a shut-off and distribution valve for merging and separating flows. Working environment – hot and cold water; wet and superheated steam, light oil products, natural gas, air and other substances with weak chemical activity.

The control is carried out by moving the rotary knob in one of these directions. When installed on steam pipelines, purging must be performed every shift.
