Flanged sight glasses are intended to check visually the presence of liquid and gaseous medium flows in the process lines at food, chemical, and oil-refining plants, as well as at construction, natural gas, and other industries.

The straightway and angle-way sight ports (Figure 1, 2) consist of the body 1, two glasses 4, the luminaire 8*, two flanges 3, the switch 9, seal gaskets 2, 5 and the luminaire mounting components. The glasses are attached to the body by flanges and secured by four bolts 12 and nuts 13. There is the luminaire outside one of the glasses; the other is intended to inspect the working medium. The sight ports with mating flanges are supplied on special request. Depending on the version, the sight ports are made either of steel 1023 (C 22) or of steel 321H (X12CrNiTi 189).

The FB08 series pipeline inspection window makes it possible to visually monitor the flow of the working medium in process lines and gas pipelines. The following steel grades are used for the manufacture of fittings:
It can operate at pressures up to 1.6 and 2.5 MPa and temperatures from -60°C to +160°C. The exact parameters depend on the quality of the metal, purpose, operating mode and are indicated in the product passport.
The body of the inspection window for the pipeline can have a pass-through or angular design with a welded, coupling or flange connection. Steel counter flanges according to GOST 33259-2015 are installed only by special order of the client. The diameters of the conditional passage are from 10.0 mm to 100 in accordance with the accepted standard denominations. The spatial position of transparent glasses can be any.
To improve visibility, the device can be equipped with an electric explosion-proof lamp. Its lamp with a power of 10 watts is designed for a DC voltage of 12 Volts. It is switched on via a built-in insulated switch. The design is collapsible with easy replacement of any parts if necessary. Metal surfaces are covered with polymer paint on the ground.
The estimated working life is at least 15 years, subject to the established operating conditions for temperature and pressure.
The price of a viewing window for a pipeline varies depending on many factors, including the design of pressure, diameter and material. Additionally, the individual wishes of the customer are taken into account.

Delivery of viewing windows is carried out by the services of transport companies – Business Lines, PEC. Also, transportation is carried out by rail Zheldorexpedition and other types of delivery with payment for transport services and cargo insurance services by the buyer.
