UNIVERSAL ball flange valves are corrosion-resistant shut-off valves of increased reliability. It is recommended for installation on pipelines transporting liquid and gaseous products, including chemically aggressive ones. It is designed for operation on technological lines of oil refineries, gas industry, food and chemical industries.
The 700 – UNIVERSAL series ball valve has a cast two-piece stainless steel housing with two connecting flanges. The locking floating plug is pressed by a flange nozzle and is controlled through a handle and a rotary spindle. The stuffing box of the stem is compressed by a poppet spring, which guarantees complete tightness of the fluoroplastic seal. At the request of the customer, the fittings can be additionally equipped with counter flanges, fasteners and gaskets.
Materials used for the manufacture of assembly parts:
Sealing elements and gaskets made of fluoroplast F4. Rings made of fluoro rubber.
