The through-pass ball valve consists of a housing 1 and side pipes 2 connected to each other by studs 16. Steel rings 6 inside the housing 1 press the fluoroplastic seals 5 to the floating plug 3. The counter-flying spindle 4 is sealed with two fluoroplastic gaskets 8 and 11. The connection of the housing with the nozzles is sealed with fluoroplastic rings 7. The ball valve is switched manually by turning the handle 12 by 90 °. The ball valve with remote control is manufactured with pneumatic and electric drive. The spatial position of the ball valve on the pipeline is arbitrary. The ball valve can be equipped with a position lock.

The flanged ball valve of the 000 – CLASSIC series is a shut-off valve of an inter-flange installation, equipped with two nozzles. They are recommended for use on technological lines of industrial enterprises, in public utilities and thermal power plants. Depending on the value of the working pressure , they are manufactured in three versions according to the materials used:
The main advantages of this type of reinforcement include: high level of reliability, collapsible design with the possibility of repair, long service life, fire and explosion safety.
The case is stamped-welded with a locking plug installed inside. Control by turning the handle 90 degrees. In agreement with the customer, ball flange valves of the CLASSIC series with a DN of more than 100 mm can be equipped with a gearbox, pneumatic or electromechanical drive. Spatial position on the pipeline, except for installation with the handle down.

Climatic version U1 according to GOST 15150-69 – from 40 ° C to +40 ° C. The material of the sealed seals is fluoroplast F4.
