Electrically actuated ball valves FB39 (electrical single turn actuator) are intended to be fitted as automated devices in the process lines at chemical and oil-refining plants, at pulp-and-paper mills and other production facilities using fluid, gaseous as well as corrosive working media. The valve consists of the following principal components: the body (1), the caps (2), the ball (3), and the stem (4). The valve body and the ball are sealed with the ball seats (5) and the joint gaskets (7), compressed by the bolting of the caps by stud bolts (12). The stem (4) is sealed with two gaskets (8) and (9). The electric actuator consists of single-revolution actuator of MEOF type (illustrated on figure) and position indicator. The electric actuator and the valve are joined by the bracket (14). The torque passes on the stem (4) by the adaptor (13). The coupler-joined valves (see Table 3) and the welding-end valves (see Table 2) can be supplied with the electrical actuator. The valve can be mounted on the pipeline in any attitude position required.
