Distinctive features: the plug in the supports provides optimal torque at high pressures of the working medium (more than 4MPa).

Through-pass ball valves consist of a housing 10 and side pipes 13, tightened together by studs 17. A fluoroplastic seal 9 installed in bushings 2 is pressed against the plug 15 by springs 14. Bushings 2 are sealed with rubber rings 19. The plug rotates on the axes 11 and 12. The counter-flying spindle 18 is sealed with two fluoroplastic gaskets 6 and 7. The housing on the side of the nozzles is sealed with rings 5, a plug 4 with an O-ring 8 is wrapped from below. The supply of the working medium is to any of the nozzles. Ball valves are switched manually by turning the handle 16 to 90 *. The spatial position of the crane on the pipeline is arbitrary. Cranes can be equipped with a position lock.

Ball valves of the ENERGIA series belong to the category of shut-off valves of high reliability. Designed to operate at pressures of the transported medium up to 10 MPa (100 kg /cm2). They are used to control the movement of liquid and gas flows through process pipelines in the “open-closed” position.
The three – part die – welded design of the FB 39 is assembled from the following parts:
An important design feature of the ENERGIA cranes is the presence of a lower support axis for the installation of a plug. Thanks to it, an easy manual rotation of the ball to the desired position is provided at high pressure of the working medium. When the remote control is from 125 mm, a mechanical gearbox is installed.
The housing and pipes provide three versions according to the steel grade used:
Sealing materials, depending on the type of transported flows – fluoroplast F4 and F4K20, rubber EP503 and H183.
The estimated service life is 10 years. The average life of the crane is 8000 cycles.
