PURPOSE AND SPHERE OF APPLICATION

К2-PC casting ball valves ser. Econom, Ergo, 1-PC casting ball valves ser. Mono, 3-PC ball valves ser. Retro made of rolled metal are intended to be fitted as stop/shutoff valves in the process lines at chemical and oil-refining plants, at pulp-and-paper mills and other production facilities using fluid, gaseous as well as corrosive working media. Distinctive features of these valves are advanced reliability and demountable (repairable) construction.

The threaded end ball valve consists of the valve body (1) and the caps (2) furnished with coupler ends complying by GOST 9527-68. Within the valve body (1), the caps (2) press the PTFE ball seats (6) against the floating ball (3). The blowout proof valve stem (4) is sealed with two PTFE gaskets (8) and (9) pressed by bushing (5). Valve shifting-over performs by turning the handle (11) through 90 degrees. Remotely controlled valves provided with pneumatic and electrical actuators are available. The valve can be mounted on the pipeline in any attitude position required. The valve can be supplied with the valve-locking device.
