PURPOSE AND SPHERE OF APPLICATION

Nipple-end ball valves FB 39 are intended to be fitted as stop/shutoff valves in the process lines at chemical and oil-refining plants, as well as at pulp-and-paper mills and other production facilities using fluid, gaseous and corrosive working media. Distinctive features of these valves are possibility to remount repeatedly because of conjunctive nipples with coupling nuts, compactness and reliability.

VALVE DESIGN

The nipple-end ball valves consists of the valve body (1) and the caps (2). The caps (2) press the PTFEball seats (6) against the floating ball (3). The blowout proof valve stem (4) is sealed with two PTFE gaskets (8) and (9) compressed by the bushing (5).The valve is joined to the pipeline by means of the nipples (13) and the coupling nut (10), which are sealed with the gasket (12). The body is sealed with the joint gasket (5). Valve shifting is performed by turning the handle (11) through 90 degrees. The valve can be mounted on the pipeline in any attitude position required. The valve can be supplied with the valve-locking device.
