PURPOSE AND SPHERE OF APPLICATION

Distributing ball valves FB 39 ser. Mix are intended to be fitted as stop/shutoff and distributing valves in the process lines at chemical and oil-refining plants, as well as at pulp-and-paper mills and other production facilities using fluid, gaseous as well as corrosive working media. Distinctive features of these valves are advanced reliability and casting design of valves.

he ball valve consists of the valve body (1), the caps (2), the valve ball (3), and the valve steam (4). The valve body and the valve ball are sealed with the ball seats (5) and the joint gaskets (7), compressed by the bolting of the caps by stud bolts (13). The cap axle is perpendicular to the steam axle. This position provides different switching schemes:
