PURPOSE AND SPHERE OF APPLICATION

Flanged Ball valves with reduced bore FB39 are intended to be fitted as stop/shutoff valves in the process lines at chemical and oil-refining plants, as well as at pulp-and-paper mills and other production facilities using fluid, gaseous and corrosive working media. Distinctive features of these valves are shorten construction length, low steel intensity, compactness, advanced reliability and stamp-welded construction of the body.

The ball valves with reducing bore consists of the body (1) and the caps (2) which press the ball seats (5) against the floating valve ball (3). The cap-body releasable joining is sealed with the joint gasket (10). The blowout proof valve stem (4) is sealed with the gaskets (6) and (7). The working medium can be admitted to any of the caps. Valve shifting is performed by turning handle (11) through 90 degrees. The valve can be mounted on the pipeline in any attitude position required. The valve can be supplied with the valve-locking device.
